Bread and Bone is a family owned and operated wholesale food company that focuses on locally sourced, high quality, simple ingredients executed to a higher level.
We believe in doing things the right way, which has lead us to roasting all of our own meats in house, making our own pickles, jams and preserves. It has also lead us to partner and form relationships with local, quality farms and artisans.
We believe in getting out of the way and letting the ingredients speak for themselves through careful selection and stewardship. Keep It Stupid Simple!
We also believe in feeding our whole community, so anything that does not sell, we buy it back at full price and donate to children’s after school programs through the YWCA and to homeless villages through local churches.
We are a local company, supporting local farms, and helping our local communities.
Nick is a classically trained chef who has worked his way up from the bottom. He has worked for several James Beard nominees and winners, locally and nationally. He has taken his experience and technique to Bread & Bone to elevate simple food to a new level.
Andi has worked in coffee for over eleven years. She has lent her hand and knowledge over the years to assist in opening and running several different locations in the Seattle and Austin areas.
Together they have a beautiful daughter, Kennedy, who is the real boss of all their operations.
Nick and Andi have seen a need for a better way to feed our community, and are hoping to grow Bread & Bone organically by forming long term relationships with other businesses that hold a higher standard for themselves and their customers. Eat well!
