Proven is a small bakery out in Woodinville and they believe in making bread the right way, with only four ingredients; flour, water, salt, and yeast. They also make custom bread just for us. They use Shepards Grain, a sustainable grain that focuses on soil preservation and responsible farming practices.
Niman Ranch raises livestock traditionally, humanely and sustainably to bring you the finest tasting meat in the world. Niman Ranch began in the early 1970’s on an eleven-acre ranch in a small coastal town just north of San Francisco. The cattle were raised using traditional, humane husbandry methods and given wholesome all-natural feeds. Today, the Niman Ranch network has grown to include over 720 independent farmers and ranchers across America.
Located in the Coast Range foothills of northwest Oregon's Yamhill Valley, Carlton Farms produces fresh, handcrafted meats of the highest quality for select restaurants, gourmet markets, and customers with discriminating tastes throughout the Pacific Northwest. A family-owned business, they specialize in premium fresh and natural pork as well as exceptional beef, lamb, and a variety of sausages and smoked meats. They believe in a thoughtful, handcrafted approach that doesn't rely on artificial flavors, colors, or chemicals.
Located in Oregon, LAN-Roc prides themselves on humane treatment of their pigs. Vegetarian fed and never kept in cages, their pigs are raised responsibly. No hormones, antibiotics, or by products will ever be found in their pork.
45 goats produce all the milk at Yarmuth Farms. They care for a mixed herd of pure-bred, ADGA-registered Nubian, La Mancha, and Alpine does. Cleared from
mature forest, their farm’s hillsides offer acres of lush blackberry, salmon berry,
sugar maple, and ferns for forage. They supplement their goats’ diet with the highest-
quality alfalfa from Eastern Washington and specially formulated high-protein grain.

At Mt. Townsend Creamery, they work with local farmers to handcraft a product that captures the character of the Olympic Peninsula, reinvigorating old world traditions to produce delicious, artisan cheeses. They strive to operate in a sustainable fashion from an environmental, social and financial perspective.
